The many configurations of Triple-Lok fittings provide a wide range of robust connections to hose, tubing, manifolds and equipment for hydraulic and other fluid systems. Available in steel, stainless steel and brass, these fittings feature metal to metal seating, blowout proof design, vibration resistance and almost unlimited remakeability.
The standard Triple-Lok fitting consists of three parts: the body, the nut and the sleeve. The tube end is flared at a 37° mating angle and is then sandwiched and tightened between the fitting nose and the sleeve by torquing the nut onto the fitting body. This design produces an optimal blowout proof seal that exceeds the burst pressure of the system tubing.
The Triple-Lok 37° line of fittings is one of the most popular fitting designs in the world, meeting the specifications and military standards of SAE J514 and ISO 8434-2.
